rtctrl was born from a simple frustration: professional lighting control shouldn't require a rack full of expensive, single-purpose hardware and a dozen different apps.
We're a team of lighting professionals, software engineers, and hardware designers who believe in building tools that just work. Our mission is to unify CRMX, ArtNet, sACN, DMX, and Bluetooth into a single, elegant ecosystem — from hardware to software.
Every product we build starts on set. We test in the conditions that matter: live broadcasts under pressure, film sets where every second counts, and live events where reliability is non-negotiable.
Based in the heart of the film and broadcast industry, we work closely with gaffers, DPs, lighting directors, and rental houses worldwide to build the tools they actually need.

rtctrl products are engineered to work out of the box with Aputure LS and Light Storm series, ARRI SkyPanel and Orbiter, Nanlux Evoke and Dyno, Astera Titan and HydraPanel, Creamsource Vortex and Micro, Godox KNOWLED fixtures, and RC4 wireless dimming systems — plus 250+ other CRMX-compatible brands. Any light with a CRMX receiver — built-in or external — connects wirelessly through the RTctrl 1U transmitter. Wired DMX fixtures connect via the dual XLR-5 ports. Our control app ships with a complete DMX profile library so you get per-channel naming, color pickers, and fixture-specific UI the moment you launch.
